Northern Nevada Kart Club has received a $25,000 donation from an unnamed donor.
This donation was given with a few conditions:
1. These funds must be used for a track repave.
2. NNKC must match this amount.
3. NNKC must raise an additional $25,000.
NNKC has already committed the matching $25,000. This leaves us with a fundraising goal of $25,000.
If successful, we will collectively have $75,000+ earmarked towards track renovation.
But wait, there’s more!
According to club president Giovanni Medina, a complete resurface has been quoted at $95,000.
Allegedly, this resurface would include grinding 1.5″ off the top surface, and adding 2″ of new material on top.
